We are currently challenging Colorado law that allows an employer to terminate a person for using of medical marijuana in their own home, on their own time. Sonny was terminated when a trace amount of medical marijuana was discovered "in his system" due to consuming medical marijuana three days earlier (on a weekend). The only reason for termination was for the medical marijuana - not performance issues.
